100 Pine Street

Gold Logo100 Pine Street, is located in the thriving North Financial District in downtown San Francisco.

Designed by Hertz & Knowles and built by Swinerton Builders in 1972, the 33 story, ±402,000 square foot building is constructed of steel, concrete and glass. The building is owned by the Alaska Permanent Fund with LaSalle Investment Management acting as advisor to the asset. Among the building’s many accomplishments, the ownership is most proud of its recognition as the first LEED certified building in California, which occurred in 2008.
