Brandi guides the day to day operations and leads the Existing Buildings certifications and programs at Leading Edge. Her technical expertise ranges from ESG in Due Diligence through acquisitions and Worker Health & Safety Assessments to nationwide compliance and ENERGY STAR tracking and a range of building certifications like LEED EB O+M and BREEAM. Brandi earned her B.S. in Environmental Policy and Planning and a Certificate in Sustainability from the University of Iowa in 2020.

In her spare time, Brandi enjoys exploring her local Chicago area, getting engaged in her community and creating beautiful floral arrangements.
