Sustainability Coordinator

Karen assists with benchmarking and compliance efforts for green building operations, specializing in Energy Star and LEED certifications. She brings organizational and technical skills to the team and looks forward to consulting with clients to implement sustainable practices that are cost-effective and efficient. She is passionate about investing in sustainable infrastructure that reduces environmental impacts and prioritizes positive built environment attributes.

Karen earned her MPH degree in Global Environmental Health from The George Washington University, where she co-founded an environmental justice advocacy movement. She utilizes her expertise in public health to develop holistic strategies to address inequities and foster stability in urban settings.

In her spare time, Karen enjoys trying out new recipes, reading fiction, and being outdoors with her three German Shepherd dogs.
