Katie leads the firm’s new construction team, focusing on LEED and WELL projects for new construction and major renovation developments throughout California. Additionally, she plays a key role in the firm’s leadership, mentoring new team members and supporting the overall business strategy and general operations. 

Katie’s passion lies in bridging the gap between environmental sustainability, human well-being and community resilience in the built environment. She  currently serves on the Environmental Justice Project Committee for the Los Angeles chapter of USGBC- California, which partners with community- based organizations to implement programs and initiatives that center climate solutions and social equity. Katie earned her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2015. 

In her spare time, she loves exploring LA’s hiking trails and cooking up new recipes; Thai fried chicken and coffee cream pie are current favorites to share with family and friends.
