Lexi is one of the latest additions to the Leading Edge team where she coordinates projects with a focus on existing buildings and facilitating and supporting Energy Star, LEED and WELL building certifications. She brings energy utility experience and organizational skills to the team, and looks forward to continuing to grow her knowledge in the sustainability field to better serve our clients. She is passionate about outreach and education that creates a fun environment for youth/everyone to learn about sustainability and how everyone can make a difference in our climate future.

Lexi earned her Master’s degree in Sustainability and Environmental Management from Harvard University, where her passion for sustainability and fostering change was ignited. Since graduating she has worked on implementing waste reduction and recycling programs in all of her work places as well as educating those she works with on how they can reduce waste and how to properly recycle different materials.

In her free time Lexi enjoys spending time with her husband, her son, and two puppers, exploring new places and trying out new recipes.
