As the Carbon Lead, she is the technical lead on all things energy efficiency, decarbonization and carbon related market shifts.  This includes benchmarking, decarbonization strategies, target setting, CDP, SBTi, TCFD and alignment with the GHG Protocol.

Samantha has over 6 years of experience managing sustainability programs for high performing buildings; working closely with property management and engineering to implement them. She is highly technical and detail oriented and has a passion for sustainability and finding solutions that serve both immediate and long-term goals.

Samantha has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering degree from UC Davis as well as her Certified Energy Manager (CEM) credential.

In her personal time, she enjoys hiking, yoga and baking for family and friends.
