Samantha manages Risk & Safety Assessments, Decarbonization Roadmaps at the asset level and portfolio in addition to LEED project management. Samantha has over 13 years of experience managing sustainability programs for high performing buildings; working closely with property management and engineering to implement them. She is highly technical and detail oriented and has a passion for sustainability and finding solutions that serve both immediate and long-term goals.

Samantha has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering degree from UC Davis as well as her Certified Energy Manager (CEM) credential.

In her personal time, she enjoys hiking, yoga and baking for family and friends.
