experience spanning sustainability strategy, decarbonization, project
management, high performance design, and consulting across commercial real
estate. As a strategic leader, she drives business growth and client success
through thought leadership and rigorous industry research — with creativity and
innovation at the heart of everything she does.

At Leading Edge Consulting Services, Sara shapes the
company’s long-term vision and leads business development, partnership
strategy, and ESG market intelligence across the commercial real estate sector.
She has a strong track record of identifying sustainable revenue streams that
fund continued research and growth. As ESG Team Lead, she develops
comprehensive sustainability strategies for multiple portfolios, delivering
everything from Net Zero Planning and GRESB GAP Analysis to Materiality
Assessments and ESG Annual Reports. She also leads product development
initiatives including water and waste audits, decarbonization strategies, and
regulatory and Building Performance Standards tracking Sara holds a B.S in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth in Boston and a certificate in Global Sustainability from UCLA Extension.
